It was a peaceful and marvellous location just off the bars and restaurants of Nanai Road, restaurants and Patong beach. The staff were really helpful and extremely friendly and know their duties. We had absolutely perfect and huge rooms with an electric kettle and fridges.

The units at Nanai 2 Residence are huge and comfy with balconies. Each unit has a personal bathroom with a great view. - the staff are super friendly and helpful. - the location of the hotel, just off center, is peaceful and wonderful. - Guests can enjoy quick meals at Urban Food nearby.

While the room was cleaned every two days, some people might prefer daily cleaning. Additionally, the double room's balcony had only one chair, which made it difficult for both guests to enjoy the balcony at the same time.

I stayed at a hotel that had very friendly staff who went above and beyond to help me, despite the language barrier. The location was great - it was easy to find bars and restaurants nearby, and Bangla Road was also within walking distance.
